Neben dem Dokumentieren von Kundendaten, spielt das Tool vor allem in den Verkaufsgespr\u00e4chen eine zentrale Rolle spielt. Dabei ist es wichtig, dass die Vertriebsmitarbeiter im Kundengespr\u00e4ch das Fahrzeug direkt im Tool nach Kundenw\u00fcnschen zusammenstellen und den Kaufprozess abschlie\u00dfen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use Case: SAP CRM f\u00fcr Sales-Gespr\u00e4che<\/h2>\n\n<p>Schnell war klar: Das Standard SAP CRM Web User Interface, das bei dem Automobilhersteller bislang im Einsatz war, entspricht nicht den Anforderungen an eine moderne und anwenderfreundliche User Experience. Das wirkte sich direkt auf die Sales-Gespr\u00e4ch in den Ausstellungsr\u00e4umen aus. Zum einen dadurch, dass das Tool von den Sales-Mitarbeiter im Kaufprozess nicht als Unterst\u00fctzung wahrgenommen wurde. Zum anderen wiedersprach das veraltete User Interface der modernen Markenbotschaft, die das Unternehmen an anderen Stellen bereits erfolgreich kommuniziert.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Modern. Intuitiv. Nutzerzentriert<\/h2>\n\n<p>sovanta sorgt f\u00fcr ein einheitliches und zentrales User Interface f\u00fcr alle CRM Screens und Prozesse. Dabei folgt das UI drei zentrale Anforderung: es ist modern, intuitiv und nutzerzentriert. Die sovanta UX Designer erfassen in verschiedenen Workshop-Runden die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Nutzergruppen und sorgen f\u00fcr eine reibungslose Umsetzung \u00fcber alle neuen Oberfl\u00e4chen hinweg. Im Anschluss stand eine Schrittweise Abl\u00f6sung der Standardoberfl\u00e4chen an, sodass die neuen Screens nach und nach in das Bestandsystem eingebettet wurden.<\/p>\n\n<p>Neben einem attraktiven und aufger\u00e4umten Look der Oberfl\u00e4chen, war die Systemunabh\u00e4ngigkeit des User Interfaces eine zentrale Anforderung. Darum wird das UI technologisch vom Backend autark entwickelt. So ist die M\u00f6glichkeit des direkten Aufrufs von Einzelscreens aus anderen Applikationen heraus gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits des neuen CRMs<\/h2>\n\n<ul
