Zum einen geht es um Konsolidierung der bisher genutzten Net Promoter Score (NPS)-Umfragen auf L\u00e4nderebene in einer Master-Umfrage. Dazu m\u00fcssen die bereits erhobenen Daten in diese Master-Umfrage \u00fcbertragen werden, um r\u00fcckblickende Auswertungen zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CX-Programm: CX Dashboard<\/h2>\n\n<p>Zum anderen steht die Darstellung aller bereits erhobenen Daten (4,5 Millionen Datens\u00e4tze) in einem zentralen CX-Dashboard im Fokus. In dem Zuge soll die Darstellung der wesentlichen Informationen zum NPS auf L\u00e4nderebene in einer separaten Ansicht optimiert werden &#8211; mit Fokus auf die Begr\u00fcndung der Kunden f\u00fcr die Bewertung.
