SAP Fiori in aller Munde: Beim vergangenen DSAG-Jahreskongress in Bremen hat Michael Kern, COO der sovanta AG gemeinsam mit Jackson Wunderlin, Head of Global HR Systems, Lidl Stiftung & Co. KG ein spannendes Fiori-Projekt der SAP-Community vorgestellt:<\/p>\n\n

Unser Kunde stand vor einer zentralen HR-Herausforderung:\u00a0Wie erreicht man mit digitalen Self Services rund um An- und Abwesenheiten, Urlaubsantr\u00e4gen, Krankmeldungen und Stammdatenpflege alle Mitarbeiter. \u00dcber Terminals an den einzelnen Standorten, wurde bereits versucht, den Mitarbeitern vor Ort im Supermarkt den Zugriff auf digitale HR-Angebote zu erm\u00f6glichen. Jedoch gew\u00e4hren die Terminals nicht ausreichend Privatsph\u00e4re und viele Prozesse erfolgten dann letztendlich doch noch papierbasiert. Eine zentrale und mobile L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr alle Mitarbeiter musste her: ESS\/MSS-Szenarien f\u00fcr den Retail.<\/p>\n\n

Use Case: ESS\/MSS-Szenarien f\u00fcr den Retail<\/h2>\n\n

Wir entwickeln digitale Self-Services, die einen sicheren Zugriff auch \u00fcber private Endger\u00e4te m\u00f6glich machen. Verschiedene\u00a0SAP Fiori Apps<\/a>\u00a0bilden die ben\u00f6tigen Self Services f\u00fcr die Supermarktbelegschaft ab. Dazu setzen wir als UX-Experten auf das SAP Fiori Launchpad als zentralen und intuitiven Einstieg in die verschiedenen Fiori-basierten Angebote (Fiori Apps). Um den verschiedenen Anforderungen der Nutzergruppen optimal gerecht zu werden, wird ein rollenbasierter Zugriff auf die verschiedenen Funktionen umgesetzt. Dabei bilden die Stammdatenpflege und das Mitarbeiterprofil das Herz der Anwendungen. Hier k\u00f6nnen Anpassungen von den Mitarbeitern selbst vorgenommen werden.<\/p>\n\n

SAP Fiori-Apps f\u00fcr alle<\/h2>\n\n

\u00dcber den neuen digitalen Kanal werden nun alle Mitarbeiter weltweit in den Filialen erreicht und die HR-Prozesse werden wesentlich schneller auf diesem digitalen Weg, statt wie bisher teilweise per Post. Zudem steigt durch den Self Service die Datenqualit\u00e4t und -aktualit\u00e4t enorm. Papierprozesse sind Vergangenheit, die Mitarbeiter pflegen alle Informationen direkt im intuitiven Tool \u00fcber ihr privates Endger\u00e4t. Damit freut sich auch die HR-Abteilung, denn der administrative Aufwand wird an dieser Stelle enorm reduziert.<\/p>\n\n
