Your tasks at sovanta

Configure technical implementations both independently and in a team environment
Clearly communicate results and solutions to clients via online calls and email
Clearly define project scope by gathering technical requirements and outline timelines and deliverables
Work with our product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
Work up to becoming the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science or a related field
Willingness to become an expert* on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions
Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
Very good organization skills
Strong desire to develop in-depth product knowledge and learn about new technologies
Excellent organization: clearly define project scope by gathering technical requirements and outline timelines and deliverables
Fluent in German and English
