Your tasks at sovanta

Clearly communicate results and solutions to clients via online calls and email
Work with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot implementations
Work up to becoming the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Social Science, or a related field
Willingness to become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions
Strong desire to develop in-depth product knowledge and learn about new technologies
Ability to develop clean code and work in a rapidly developing work context, delivering projects that meet evolving business needs.
HTML, JavaScript, and CSS experience
Be able to work independently and in a team environment
Very good organization skills
Fluent in German and English
